Rowan Precision will exhibit at this year’s Southern Manufacturing & Electronics Show as the precision engineering specialist looks to strengthen its position across regulated aerospace, defence and medical markets.
The Birmingham-based manufacturer will be located on Stand K190, where it will be highlighting its AS9100 aerospace accreditation alongside its ISO 13485 medical quality standard, underlining the company’s ability to operate in safety-critical and compliance-driven supply chains.
Rowan Precision said the event provides an opportunity to demonstrate its machining capability and also the robustness of its quality systems as customers increasingly seek suppliers able to meet stringent international standards.
Glenn Aston, Chief Operating Officer at Rowan Precision, said the Southern Manufacturing Show remains a key platform for engaging with customers facing rising regulatory and performance demands.
“AS9100 and ISO 13485 are standards we treat seriously – they are embedded into how we run the business day to day,” said Glenn Aston. “Exhibiting at Southern Manufacturing allows us to have more in-depth conversations with OEMs and Tier suppliers who need absolute confidence in quality, traceability and process control.”
The company’s stand will focus on how its accredited management systems support consistent delivery across complex, tight-tolerance components, particularly for customers operating in aerospace, defence and medical device manufacturing.
Rowan Precision’s Chief Financial Officer said the firm’s investment in internationally recognised standards reflects a long-term growth strategy rather than short-term compliance.
“Accreditations like AS9100 and ISO 13485 require sustained investment in people, systems and governance,” the CFO said. “From a strategic perspective, they open doors to higher-value programmes and long-term customer relationships, which is exactly where we see the business growing.”
From a commercial perspective, the exhibition will also be used to highlight Rowan Precision’s technical support and collaborative approach to new enquiries.
Neil Williams, Technical Sales Manager, said visitors to Stand K190 will be able to discuss both current requirements and future programmes.
“Customers increasingly want early technical engagement from suppliers who understand regulated environments,” said Neil Williams. “Whether it’s aerospace assemblies or medical components, our focus is on manufacturability, compliance and repeatability from the outset.”
Rowan Precision will be exhibiting on Stand K190 throughout the Southern Manufacturing & Electronics Show, welcoming existing customers and new contacts looking for a precision machining partner with proven aerospace and medical credentials.
