During this time we have built a strong reputation for production of the highest quality CNC machined parts serving national and international customers in most sectors including aerospace, medical, defence, lighting, automotive, scientific instrumentation, electronics and telecommunications.

Internal administration is based around the RedAnt Production Control Suite which covers quotation, order acknowledgement and Job Cards through to despatch and invoicing.

The impressive range of state of the art CNC equipment is all controlled by our off-line programmable DNC controller which has on-line back-up for security and peace of mind.

The Guhring tool vending machine is at the heart of our Tool Management System and helps us keep a close eye on tool usage and availability.

Production capability is centred around our:

13-Axis Sliding Head Machines which handle any type of material –
including the more exotic – up to a maximum diameter of 32 mm and our:

Fixed Head Mill Turn Machining Centres, all of which have C-Axis capability
and can process material to a maximum of 75 mm.

Our rigorous testing and inspection procedures are only what you would expect from a company registered to the aerospace quality standard BS EN AS 9100,  

Recently we installed this aqueous cleaning and degreasing plant to meet the stringent requirements of some of our customers for excellent results whilst being mindful of our environmental responsibilities.

And finally to add to our extensive manufacturing capability, we provide finishing to the highest possible standards, extensive assembly facilities and Kanban and Consignment stock services – all delivered directly to our local market or via courier to our nationwide and overseas customers.
